JDIA Enterprise, Inc. is rooted in the importance of Customer Service. Willie Spicer Jr. the CEO and a Registered SBA VOSB, a retired USPS City Carrier answered the call of duty as an Entrepreneur in 2005.

Willie is returning to the USA after living and working in Dubai, UAE for the past seven years as a Goodwill Mentor. There he taught and trained United Arabian Emirates military core values in preparation to becoming future leaders of the their great country.

Willie credit his concept of leadership to the Success of the Six P’s; Prior, Proper, Planning, Prevents, Poor, Performance. This coheres attitude is weaved and embedded into the heart and soul of JDIA Enterprise, Inc
